Terms of Service

By accessing or using realline.io (the "Service"), operated by RealLineIO ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@realline.io of any unauthorized use.

The Service offers a Free tier (access to historical data) and a paid RealLine+ tier (access to live and current-season data). Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms for RealLine+ are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time online through your account settings, without contacting customer service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you will retain access to RealLine+ features through the end of that period.

All payments are non-refundable. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or credits for any amounts already paid, including for partial billing periods, unused access, or periods following cancellation.

The Service is an analytics and decision-support platform that provides sports data, proprietary metrics, and fair-value estimates for informational purposes only. The Service does not provide betting picks, recommendations, wagering advice, or any prediction or guarantee of outcomes. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, betting, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any metric or estimate or the results of any decision based on the Service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable gaming, gambling, or other law in your jurisdiction; (b) scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or redistribute any data or content from the Service except as expressly permitted; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive, extract, or reconstruct the proprietary metrics, models, methodologies, or source code underlying the Service; (d) resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to any third party without our authorization; (e) use automated means to access the Service beyond the rate limits or interfaces we provide; or (f) interfere with or compromise the Service's operation, integrity, or security.

All content, data compilations, proprietary metrics and their names (including but not limited to PlateIQ™, ClutchIQ™, dCIQ™, RLRating™, StadiumIQ™, and RL Expected Performance™), software, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service incorporates data derived from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any underlying data, and the Service (including any "as of" or fetched-at timestamps) is provided without warranty as to real-time accuracy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealLineIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service—including any losses related to wagering or financial decisions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealLineIO and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or modify these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
